重要性：
Bevacizumabtreatmentbeyondprogressionhasbeeninvestigatedinbreastandmetastaticcolorectalcancers.AvastininAllLinesLung(AvaALL)isthefirstrandomizedphase3studyofbevacizumabacrossmultiplelinesoftreatmentbeyondprogressioninnon–smallcelllungcancer(NSCLC).
贝伐单抗在超越进展期的治疗已经在乳腺癌和转移性结直肠癌中进行了研究。AllLinesLung（AvaALL）中的Avastin是贝伐单抗在非小细胞肺癌（NSCLC）中超越进展期多个治疗线的第一个随机3期研究。
目的：
ToassesstheefficacyandsafetyofcontinuousbevacizumabtreatmentbeyondfirstprogressioninNSCLC.
评估连续贝伐单抗治疗超过NSCLC首次进展的疗效和安全性。
设计、设置与参与者：
AvaALLwasarandomized,open-label,phase3btrial,conductedfromtoincentersworldwide.PatientswithnonsquamousNSCLCpreviouslytreatedwithfirst-linebevacizumabplusplatinumdoubletchemotherapyandatleast2cyclesofbevacizumabmaintenancewererandomized(1:1)atfirstprogressiontoreceivebevacizumabplusstandardofcare(SOC)orSOCalone.
AvaALL是一项随机，开放标签的3b期试验，于年至年在全球个中心进行。先前接受一线贝伐单抗加铂类联合化疗和至少2个周期贝伐单抗维持治疗的非鳞状NSCLC患者在首次接种时随机（1：1）接受贝伐单抗加标准治疗（SOC）或单用SOC。
干预：
Patientsreceivedbevacizumab(7.5or15mg/kgintravenouslyevery21days)and/orinvestigator’schoiceofSOC.Forsubsequentlines,patientstreatedwithbevacizumabreceivedSOCwithorwithoutbevacizumab;theSOCarmreceivedSOConly.
患者接受贝伐单抗（每21天静脉注射7.5或15mg/kg）和/或研究者选择的SOC。对于后续行，接受贝伐单抗治疗的患者接受含有或不含贝伐单抗的SOC;SOC组仅接收SOC。
